Chinmaya Mission Kansas City

Chinmaya Mission Kansas City (CMKC) was started in August 2009 to serve the Greater Kansas City community by teaching values to the children and imparting the knowledge of the Hindu Scriptures to the people. Chinmaya Mission Kansas City offers Bala Vihar and language classes for children and satsangs for Adult every Sunday morning at one of the local Middle Schools. The teachers for Bala Vihar and language classes are volunteers who devote their time to educate the children using a Mission-wide curriculum / syllabus. In addition to this there are several volunteers who help in various activities.
